  • Emergency awareness and escalation
  • Incident notes and report writing
  • Privacy, confidentiality and role boundaries
Skills that support safe, professional service
Every location requires specific knowledge
Site Orientation

Every location requires specific knowledge

General training is reinforced with the client’s environment and procedures.

Site orientation can cover hazards, post orders, restricted areas, contact lists, alarm and emergency procedures, patrol checkpoints, accessibility needs and reporting expectations. Updates are communicated when the assignment changes.

Officers should know both what they are authorized to do and when to request assistance.

Ongoing Development

Learning continues after deployment

Supervision, review and experience identify the next training need.

Incident reviews, client feedback and operational observations can be used to refresh procedures or strengthen specific skills. Personnel taking on new posts or leadership responsibilities may require additional preparation before assignment.
